Just announced, Phil Chalmers will be touring with former Miami Homicide Detective and the star of The A&E hit show "THE FIRST 48," Joe Schillaci. They will be hitting 17 cities in 2010 in what they are calling a HOMICIDE SUPER SEMINAR, titled "HOMICIDE IN AMERICA." Phil will be doing a half day about juvenile homicide, and Schillaci will be speaking about interviewing homicide suspects and solving homicides.
