SEMINARS

Phil's
destructive decision presentation focuses on recreational sex, purity, chemical abuse, teen violence and suicide, and is geared to junior high and senior high students. There are two presentations, one geared to public schools, and geared to faith-based groups. With nearly 50% of teens sexually active, and approximately one million teen pregnancies every year, Phil will talk about sex, purity, modesty, sexually transmitted diseases, abstinence, and mutual respect for those of the opposite sex. With the increased rate of teens using drugs and alcohol, and the rise of more dangerous drugs like crack, meth, and inhalants, Phil tackles substance abuse with the gloves off, showing the after-effects of those who use and abuse chemicals. Several before and after photos drug users, photos of the consequences of drunk driving, and much more will cause students to question the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol. Because of the rise of school violence, and the prevalence of bullying, Phil will discuss teen violence, school violence, crime prevention, and well as the consequences of using violence to solve your problems, which include prison and death. He also will touch on suicide, self-abuse, bullying, violent and destructive entertainment, and the value and dignity of human life. Mixed with the hard hitting and informative information is plenty of fun and laughter, including plenty of funny videos and humorous photos.
Phil knows teenagers, and he is a youth culture expert. Both of this will be recognized quickly by your students, which will instantly gain their respect. Phil will also interact with the crowd, and will end the seminar leaving the students wanting more. See what
Joe Schillaci has to say about Phil Chalmers' presentations. A common statement from the school at the end of Phil's assembly is "I can't believe how quiet our students were." Also, many students will want to continue this assembly in their classes the rest of the afternoon, talking to each other about what they saw in the assembly. To say the least, this seminar will cause your students to want to discuss the hot topics. Phil's school assembly fee is based on how many days he is in town, and if he is in town already speaking for a police department. Contact Phil personally to discuss fees and availability.
